Art direction, set design and props to recreate the offices of the World Trade Center Bcn. Ephemeral design project that was created for the photographic session and advertising for the business center that is currently exhibited in its website.

The World Trade Center of Barcelona is one of the most emblematic business complexes in Barcelona.
This business center is located a few meters from the sea and a few minutes from the city center. The business complex has more than 40,000 m2 of rental offices, a Congress Center, multiple convention and meeting rooms and the five-star Grand Marina Hotel GL.
With all these spaces available, the World Trade Center Barcelona is one of the most important economic centers of the city of Barcelona. Up To You Studio has offered service on multiple occasions.
The project
In this case, our work consisted of the art direction of a commercial, and set the aesthetic guidelines to all the teams responsible for the set design and costumes that participated in the shooting.
The client’s objective was to communicate the versatility of the business complex and advertise the various spaces available: meeting rooms, offices, convention rooms, restaurant, auditorium,etc.
To achieve the objective stated by the client, we created several scenographies which simulated offices of the World Trade Center for the photographic session and the recording of commercial contents.
The spot takes a tour of the WTCB through several characters that carry out different activities in the same building.
The photographs and video taken during the recording of the commercial are currently displayed as the cover of the client’s website.
This project was carried out in record time.
All of the spaces inside the offices that are seen in the commercial as well as the photos are scenographies that Up To You Studio created with rental items and small purchased props. They were located in empty spaces that WTCB gave up for the advertisement, and the Up To You Studio was in charge of the costume design for this intense ephemeral design project.
